Next, in the Print Range field on the Printer Options dialog, enter a date from the week you want to start with and a date a few days or so later. If you are unable to print partial months, first verify that the option to print one month per page is not selected in Print Options, Page Setup. There are a couple of ways to lessen the effect. Outlook draws the printing layout based on the first month included in the printout and needs to fill all of the weeks. This is the result of beginning the print in a 'long' month that fills 6 weeks. While you can still print five weeks in Outlook 2010 (and newer), there are a few months where you'll be stuck with six weeks. In older versions you could easily print a monthly formatted calendar with 2 weeks from this month and 3 from next month.
